Constant battle with Edgars

There was ********** purchases made on Edgars account. I followed the steps to get the purchases reversed.my account was blocked for 3 months because no one could assist me effectively to open it. Eventually I get hold of someone at the Blueroute and they send my documents through to open the account. Once the account was opened we discovered that someone purchases on my account while it was blocked. No one can answer me on the reason.why this occurs and I am now expected to follow the whole long process again to get those.purchases reversed. I seriously do not trust Edgars anymore and just want to pay account and close and warn others to never open an account with this company.
