I would like to thank Anathi Mani from Edgars store in Canal Walk. What a patient and humble lady. After a long day I was tired, shoes ****ing me and indecisive, I wasn't sure which T-shirts to buy.
I wanted to compare springbok shirts but the other one was downstairs, she said I must not worry and offered to get it for me. At that time of the day (8:45pm) she still had a beautiful smile and giving me options and advices.
That was the epitome of customer service.
I will go to Edgars Canal walk again just get that type of service
