COMPLAINT NOT GETTING RESOLVED

Edgars is very quick to send demand letters and sms and treat you like... you NEVER pay your account! But when you enquire and complain NOTHING GETS SORTED!!!!!

I am now getting very annoyed and frustrated... I have sent numerous emails since the begging of July!

Asking why is my installment R780 EVERY month since, Jan!!! And every time I get a reply from, Nokukhanya Mgabhi. "Its been taken by the highest amount" WHAT!!!

So the 6 months installment plan doesn't even apply SO if I buy for let's say 2500 since May my Installment is R780 EVERY month NO MATTER WHAT.

So then explain to me why have I got an account with Edgars if my installment is R780 for almost half a year NO matter what my balance is????
