Complaint ignored

In June I ordered a number of products from the Red Square online store and received a package as indicated, however, the delivery was one item short and the value of that item was R320 (Bobby Brown eye shadow. The item appeared on the list of items that were supposed to be delivered, however, this specific eyeshadow was not in the box.<br> <br> I phoned the call centre within minutes of receiving the parcel and was assured that the matter would be addressed as a matter of urgency and that somebody would get back to me as soon as possible, but even with follow-up phone calls and e-mails from my side, the matter has not been addressed and I have received no proper feedback whatsoever, onky friendly, yet empty, promises.<br> <br> I would like to dissuade anyone from making use of theRed Square online store, rather go to the shop so that you can be certain tha you actually get what you paid for.
