Complaint

Last year in June 2020 I went to Edgars Mall of the South and Settled my Account and called Edcon Head Office to close my account and contacted Finchoice (Edgars Insurance) to cancel the cellphone insurance. 7 Months later I received a call from RCS that I owe R819.00. To make life easier I'll pay the amount and after I'll never set my foot or spend my money at Edgards or Edcon stores. When I ask them what happened they don't know except telling me that I have to pay. I hate Edgars I regret the day I opened an account with them.
