Complaint

Hi I bought a puffer jacket at Edgar's menlyn for my mother it was on promotion and when I got home it did not fit her, so I got to Edgar's Mams mall to exchange it but I think the cut was smaller than the size then I tried to exchange it again at another stores but all Edgar's around Pretoria were out of stock so today I got to the Edgar's the Grove to exchange the jacket because they now have stock I was told that the date is due and the till slip says 20 May, and I should add the money to get an exchange so is it my fault that they had no stock and I had no interest in refund or to take something else
