Complaint against Edgars

I need assistance with closing my account at Edgars. I'm extremely disappointed with their service. I paid my account off months ago and ever since I am trying to close it. They are charging me for something I was never aware of and didn't agree to. Everytime I call them to close my account they keep saying I must cancel the product which I did on numerous occasions after constantly paying for something u didn't sign up for. My last call last month was a request will be sent through for cancelation and to my surprise I have another bill for R25. I now consider this to be *****
