Complaint - account closure

Edgars store is almost impossible to get assistance. I have been trying to get my paid up account closed. I requested and got a settlement amount, went to the store to pay the amount and requested them to close the account. It was almost a month ago. My account is still not closed and it is almost impossible to speak to a consultant.
