Complaint about Egars
I have an account with Edgars for the past years, I realised that I'm paying and the amount I owe does not decrease. I went to the brunch in Krugersdorp to enquire, they found out that I'm paying a Vodacom account with Edgars,which I don't know of. They said the amount is R79 per mouth. I wanted to know since when was the account active and the said they are not sure but they will trace it and reduce the amount which is R7000
