19 Nov 2021, 13:05An agent gave me a card said it was for points in Sanlam Centre she never explained to me that there are monthly fees added to my account for that Card now the issue is i have settled my account fully but when I check on my credit score it shows i have balance of R309 and i quickly contacte your call center to query this and the agent said I have joined UCount and they add fees every month into my account if account is not closed..please find a way to assist me because I have paid my balance I really dont know what is this R 309 for and its really affecting my credit score negatively because it says i hhave missed 2 payments
