Complaint

I made an online purchase on the not them anemaill website on 24th Nov (order num ***). By THE 10TH OF Dec there were no communication from Edgars so I sent them an email on the 10th and since the 10th they claim to be processing my refund. Its the 23th of Dec now - 13 days later and still the same response. This is unacceptable.
