COMPLAINT

Im so ****ed with Edgars, i was taken to the debt collectors which was MBD dighama collections and a settled my account last year 2020 in september but now im struggling to get a paid up letter so that i can go and update my credit profile on ITC since edgars failed to update with ITC. I went to the branch of edgars at mall of africa so many times whereby no one helped me instead was sent back to the debt collectors to get a paid up letter whereas debt collectors sending me back to edgars to get a paid up letter. So, im now confused and edgars cannot even find my account or id number on their system! According to edgars ive never ever have an account with them but wen was settling my account at edgars they managed to pick me up but nw im dissapeared on their system and i didnt even close my account at edgars , please help so that i can be updated on ITC by edgars or to get a paid up letter from edgars. I spent a lot of money trying to get help from edgars and debt collectors.
