Complain edgars and jet

I called jet and edgars call centre to have swim swop, until today that has not been processed, If I had to do this myself it would have been completed by cell c on Monday. The person I spoke to on Monday said it takes 24 to 48 hours, on following up on Wednesday that told me it takes 24 to 48 working hours, I told them this very urgent as I need this number, the lady told me she has put my matter as urgent so I can be attended to quickly. Today I made a follow up, the guy who helped was rude , telling me to "wait for 24 to 48 hours, I must consider that people don't work at night, they only work 8hours a day". Askung to speak to tne supervisor or a manager, he just say they won't tell me anything different from what he's telling me and they cannot attend to my cal, as they are busy with other calls.
