Complain

IMy name is Lungile I was advised by a Edgar's agent to submit my details at Edgar's as I had over paid my staff account in 2015 when I resigned. I submitted my details at Edgar's in Clemont Edgar's in Cape Town a young lady said she would give her management to forward it. As I can claim the money back. This was last year on the 23th of December. And still nothing. I don't know which platform to go to next as I'm s**** that girl lost my paper is she did or it was not submitted which option should I go to next. Cause I new nothing about that money but if its mine I need it. This is about my staff account not current account If I don't get a response I will have to o to other options.
