Complain

I app**** for an account on the 4th December at Kempton park, Festival mall, I gave my ID and bank statement, the consultant Tshifhiwa told me that I will get feedback of my application within three days, I did not receive any notification wether I app**** or not, I am not even sure if my application was captured, I constantly check on my cell phone if there is an sms sent to me, but there is nothing, the week has ends already, at least let me know of the status of my request, what a bad experience I have.
