Complain about Edgars

I Paid my account in full about 2 years ago. Now I have been receiving massages saying I'm owing R534 they even handed my account over to MBD. Saying I joined a policy, which I don't remember signing any agreements with them or explaining the terms and conditions of the contract before signing.
