Complain about colored old lady at Edgar’s cape gate mall

I would like to complain about Edgar’s Cape gate . I visited the store today Sunday 01 February 2026. I had a Jo bokertt bag the black one , colored lady approached me and said I am not allowed to walk with branded bags around the store she can take it and leave it at the till then I will find it there so I don’t know if that’s what Edgar’s do now to customers . I spoke with a lady called Gugu and she said she will speak with her . Please let me know if that’s a new rule because it was not my first time coming to that store and I always find friendly staff and when I was in the line every customer has their items in their hands while she insists that she must take the bag to me and I must just go and pay then I will get the bag I was confused and ****ed off . I ended up leaving the bag until I saw Gugu that’s when I decide to take the bag . The coloured old lady I don’t know her name. That lady thinks she owns Edgar’s even if she owned it I was not going to shop there again , I would rather drive far and be satisfied . I always shop at cape gate because it’s 7 minutes drive . She was so rude and condescending. She doesn’t even know me
