Complain

Hi am Xolelwa Mntwana I heard about you from a friend .She said you can help me about the problem I have.last year june i went to Claim my phone at Edgars then they told me i must pay an access fee of which it cost R500 then i pay that R500 i gave them the proof of payment..they said to me they will deliver at Edgas store on August 2021 but they didn't tell me about the date then end of August i did go at Edgast prominade store they say to me "we are sorry ma'am maybe they will deliver next month of which it was septermber 2021 the whole month of September ended without calling me back..i did go again at Edgars prominade store on November they say they will call me when my phone is delived till now they didn't call me the worce part i pay each and every month that insurance.
