Complain

Customer service in Edgar's Joubert Street in Johannesburg is sickening 😡😡. The I bought an underwear in Clearwater on Saturday when I get home I noticed that is torn. I took it back to my nearest shop and I was told it's not their damage I must go back to Clearwater. My question is if I bought this in Capetown, was I supposed to take a plan to Cape Town to change the underwear????
