I lost a phone and I’ve got an insurance with Edgards I’ve had this insurance ever since I took the phone with them , today on da 23rd of January I went in store to claim and they to me it was rongfull canceled and I was the one careless to not check my statements

As discussed telephonically please be advised your cellphone insurance was cancelled in December 2017 due to maximum number of claims.
Unfortunately we do not have a process in place where by we notify customers that they have exceeded they number of claims.
However all active financial products are listed on the your account statement as confirmation of what you are being billed for monthly.
