Complain

My nane is Simangele , on Saturday the 4th of January I went to edgars east rand mall to exchange the shoes I had bought in November at carnival mall for my child...They were for her te wear on 1st Sunday....when I got there I was so disappointed the cashier told me they will not take them because they are dirty underneath and that I must take them back to carnival mall....I told her that at carnival there was no size 7 she insisted that she'll not help me....I then wentbans asked for the store manager they told me he was off dutie that day there was a lady standing in for him her name was Mimmy if I remember correctly. She said to me the cashier was right they won't help me..I then asked if the shops dont work together just different branches she told they work together....I still have the shoe under my care and would like for this matter to be solve here at East rand mall as I work here in boksburg...and I'm not happy at all with service i got.
