Hi I would go about going to the consumer council to report this company - I have had an account with them of good standing for 20 years. Due to not receiving my statement I Jan 2020 I short paid them by R80 by the next month I had the call center phoning nearly everyday. End of Fen I went into Edgars paid the full amt owing of R523 rand and some change and asked them to close account then country went into hard lock down in May they had manage to re-edit said closed account for club fee some insurance etc telling me I owe R350.00 I send multiple emails no read receipt come back to me then on the 28th June they state they gave receive notification. This matter has been going back and forth. I will pay the now R1127 simply because I am tired I want my account to be closed. But I want to report them. As never have I received any further paperwork. Please advise. They are simply exploiters.
