company filled with ********** transactions

On Sunday I received a statement from these clowns saying my balance was over R8000. (not bad considering I have not used my account for over 2 years). I phoned head office and big surprise; between statement date (6/03/20) until call to head office (8/03/20) the balance owing had gone up to over R14000. They said I would need to go into a branch and dispute the transactions which I did the next day (09/03/20) and another shocker in this short space of time account had gone up another R2000. I did the disputes and they said they would block the card to not have any further purchases done........well guess what on Tuesday (10/03/20) another purchase as done because they only started looking at my dispute 11/03/20. Edcon is a massive downward spiral which is a pity because it used to be a great company. Pathetic service from some really badly trained personnel.
