Collection of new card

I opened an account last week Friday at Midlands mall PMB then I got an sms to collect the card and I should bring my ID document but because I had miss placed it, I then took my driving license and certified copy of my ID the lady by the name of Zandile Dladla refused to give me a card and she told me that I can’t use my license and this copy because they want the original ID, but what confuses me is that I used my driving license to open the account but I can't use it and so as the certified copy to collect the card. Edgars and Edcon I am real not happy please make me understand.
