Club, VIP, Apparent Late payment Charges, Threats

I have been a member with Edgars for many years and i pride myself in always being up to date with my payments. For some sudden reason Edgars doesn't seem to think so, since Edgars as redone their website and i log into my statements i find that i am Suddenly a Edgars Club Member AND a VIP. Over a month it has added up to over R180 not to mention a Finance charge on the 7th for R80 for Late Payment. I paid them on the 2nd.. Shocking!!! I have spoken to someone in Accounts and All this person kept asking me is \When are you going to pay\" and \"You must pay before the 30th.. really!? I requested VIP and Club to be removed but they are not doing it, now i will pay the balances for my purchases only, they can stick their extra charges where the sun don't shine and i will close this account. Beware of Edgars people. My dad in the same boat. "
