CLUB **** = THEFT !!!!!!

I contacted the Edgars call centre/ financial services on 28/ 29 Oct after discovering they have been debiting my bank account with an amount of R39.50. I was informed that it's a \CLUB"membership charge??? <br> <br> I requested that Edgars proves that I requested or signed up for this \""CLUB\"". I was told that it would not be possible as they don't keep these records. I insisted on a refund for this \""CLUB\"" charge and was offered a 9 months refund. After expressing that this was NOT acceptable as the charges deducted from my bank account over many years equates to thousands. Hell knows how long I have been a \""CLUB member\"". I was told that a manager would revert by Wed 4 Nov. No one has contacted me. <br> <br> I INSIST on being refunded the FULL amount ****** by EDGARS by means of this \""CLUB\"" charge debited from my bank account monthly for the FULL duration of my so called \""membership\"" of this CLUB. I will NOT accept a gesture of any sorts other than a FULL REFUND!<br> <br> How many other people have been ****med by Edgars? This equates to MANY MILLIONS of Rands being deducted from peoples accounts without their knowledge!!!! THIS IS VERY DISHONEST PRACTISE!!!<br> """
