Club fee nightmare

I hesitate with the 1 star. Yesterday I went to Edgars at Mall of the South and even the till staff could not get through to their own admin on the phone. I told them I refuse to pay for CLUB fees again. Never signed for it, never wanted it, have been paying for years and years and more years for this nonsense. Can't get it stopped. A woman at the shop said someone succeeded at court with this same thing??
