Club Fee extra

I hve written umpteen times and tried phoning their number today to get rid of the CLUB FEE which I have been paying for years and years and more years. I have NEVER EVER used it. I have begged them to cancel it. I never signed for it. YET this month for october it's there again on my paid up account. Try phoning their number? It's impossible to get through.
