Club charges cancelled

I have been trying ' for 3 months to escalate a query and still no joy's with regards to club cancellations ' and still no joy. When I try the call centre ' im given several different contact numbers to call'' and last month I called the lady confirmed its cancelled. When I get my new statement I see I'm charged again. This is very dissatisfying ' and really bad service. Please can someone call me' ' and also.listen to voice recordings.
