Club Cards not available for almost a year

I have been paying a subscription for an Edgars club card for almost a year now and I've been trying to get the actual card from then, but all the Edcon shops in Tygervalley keep telling me that they do not have available yet and that there is something wrong with the cards. <br> <br> Edcon, this is very simple - if you cannot provide a product as you are advertising it, stop selling the product.<br> <br> I have been unable to gain the contractual benefits that I pay for and I would like to know what Edgars is going to do to make up for this, as well as how they plan to proceed with this \club card"product in the future."""
