Club card invalid error
<p>I've been calling the customer service Centre all day to get a new card issued to me. As my current club card doesn't work at the cinema. I have been to the cresta and sandton sore to get assistance and I haven't received a new card on both occasions because the call center promises to call me and sort out my issue without having to issue me with a new card. Fix this card problem or I am cancelling my account with Edgars! My reference number is: ********** 296</p>
End result... membership was cancelled. Thanks for assisting Edgars customer service team. The entire account will be cancelled this afternoon as well.
