Clothing store converted to credit card.

This people send me SMS to change my clothing store to Pin secured card. Later a month later I started to receive calls from credit collectors indicating my account is in areas. When I check on the statement I discovered that they treat my card as credit card. Then now, I receive unlimited calls telling me to arrange for payment. My account I pay it in advance. My instament is 456 bu I pay 700.this is quite annoying and the statement indicate I get charged for call collections, sms and emails they never send to me. This is reduculas as I don't know who uses the card as I never used in almost 7 months. The call to Escalation was logged with edgars themselves but no proper solution. Guid me was going on here
