Clothing Quality Problem - Edcon Doesnt Care!
I Bought my 5 Month Old baby tops from Edgars The Glenn SC. I washed them (as most moms do),and hung them in her cupboard. As my baby was almost 6 months,I shopped in advance,and of course cant get her to try the clothing on!I assumed, that the sizes on the clothing would be appropriate. However, 2 weeks ago I tried to put her in one of the tops, and it was so tight that she cried when I tried to get it on. I then compared the Woolies and Ackermans Clothing to the Edgars tops , and realised that there was a quality/sizing problem. The Ackermans / Wooiles 3-6 months still fits my baby, but the Edgars 6-9 months clothing is too tight. I have pics , that I did email to the lady Rifilwe, from the Edcon call centre, to show the sizing difference, and have had no feedback what so ever!!! I have phoned twice, thanks to being put on hold, and waiting, both calls were on average 25 minutes! Also the tops were in a pack of 3&
