Closure of Edgars account

Absolute worst service now that rcs has taken over Edgars. It's been a nightmare trying to close an existing account which was paid in full, and has a credit balance. After several emails, i was told the account can only be closed once the credit was returned to me. My id copy and proof of banking was requested and sent 3 times! No response for a further few weeks, only to visit an Edgars store that confirmed account closure. Now asking for the credit to be sent to me is another battle. After sending requested documents, they now want bank statements and proof of last installment. They have access to my account, if there's a credit due obviously it means the account is paid. Disgusted with how inconsistent and unprofessional they are!
