Closure of account - No confirmation
<p>Thank goodness I requested my account to be closed due to the monthly admin fee!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am yet to receive a confirmation that my account was closed via email!</p> <p> </p> <p>Worse shop to buy from...</p>
Please be advised the service fee is an administration fee charged at R22.80 on your account should you have a debit balance.
Although it has become necessary to charge a service fee, we have taken the plight of our customers into consideration and discounted this fee to R22.80 per month which equates to R273.60 yearly as opposed to the prescribed maximum fee of R60 allowed per month by the NCA (R720 yearly) .Kindly call us on *** with your account details so we can confirm that it is indeed closed as requested.
