Closing your Edgars Account - what a joke!

Why is it so impossible to close your Edgars account?! I've been trying to do so since April 2020 after paying the entire outstanding balance, plus 1 month's notice on all the extra services, and even an extra month's extra services. I'm still being charges for services, and once again I have a growing balance because they simply don't close the account as requested. Then they have the audacity to send me SMS's telling me that if I don't pay I'll be blacklisted?! WHEN I PAID ALL THAT I OWED!!! I will not support Edgars again in my entire life, not even it was the last available shop on earth. Useless service!
