Closing the shop before time.
I just went to Edgars Soshanguve Crossing Mall, arrived at the door at 17h48 and the doors were closed. Security guard refused us to get in, telling us the shop closes at 17h45 which is a suprise to me as the trading hours say the shop closes at 18h00. Is this done because we are in the location? Because we don't get such disgusting service in malls or shops that are in urban areas. This has to be fixed as is bad for business. Highly disappointed at this kind of service.
