Closing of Edgars account

I have been trying since the 18th of Aug 2020 to close my account. Outstanding amount was settled at the Centurion Mall Branch. I was assisted by a staff member who contacted the accounts department in order to effect this closure. The operator confirmed my request. September and October I received accounts from Edgars and I have been trying without success through their customer service center.
