Closing my account

I paid up my Edgars account in October 2020 and sent the proof of payment and asked them to close the account they did not, January 13 2021 I received a paid up letter and the agent said it would take 3months to closed but when I check my credit score it still shows that my account is open. Kindly close and remove my name from your records please.
