Closing Edgars account

I sent in a request to close my account with Edgars, they referred me to the RCS Group, thereafter I got a closure letter that states that the balance was R0.00 and that the account is closed. But Edgars still invoice me every month for: EDGARS CLUB LIFE FEE R56.00 08 – MONTHLY SERVICE FEE R30.00 08 – CREDIT LIFE PERSONAL INSURANCE R0.44 CLOSING BALANCE R86.44 I phoned multiple people at Edgars and RCS as well as emailed various email addresses given to me by these same people and none of them can help me, they say they will come back to me, but never do! I feel that I am not responsible for that money as the account is supposed to be closed and inactive, no invoice is supposed to be made under that account at all!!! Edgars personnel don't know what they are doing, they can't even perform a simple request like closing an account. My worst fear is that they will ruin my perfectly good credit record in handing me over or blacklisting me for something that is their own fault and incompetence of their account staff to sort out my account! I will never ever deal with them again! And I will never refer anyone there either, absolutely ridiculous!
