Closing account

I tried to close my account on Saturday. After spending and hour and a half I was told now that everything was paid up-mainly being the benefit card, I was told to phone RCS ***, who told me to phone***, who told me to phone ***,

who told me to phone head office, who told me to send a whatsapp-I think-the voice was very soft @+***. No response.

And you wonder why you are in the dwang!!!!
