Closed my Edgars acccount and cannot use my Thank U points

<p>I recently closed my account with Edgars as it was fully paid up and I would prefer to buy in cash. I had been an accountholder with Edgars for well over 10 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now told that I have foreitted all my Thank U points by closing my account. This amounts to Edgars *****ing from me because those points have been earned through my purchases.</p> <p> </p> <p>At no point was I made aware of the fact that I would lose them otherwise I would have made sure to spend them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like these points to be transferred across to a new cash card because what you have done is not right.</p>
