Closed my account in 2013 but it is still reflecting as outstanding on record.
You guys are worst. I closed off my account in 2013 and 4 years later it shows on credit record as still outstanding, how? I app**** for an emergency loan today and I was declined because of you. I want a letter stating that my account is closed and my recording updated. I am asking nicely right now. DO NOT **** WITH ME!!
