Closed Edgars account still occurring charges

Fed up with the pathetic service from Edgar's, I closed my account in April and I'm still getting mails and sms from them and the balance keeps going up as they are charging service fees... I called in 3 times to get this resolved but to no avail, I just called in again today and requested to speak to a manager as I always get told the same thing, that my account will be closed and charges removed, the consultant I spoke to Angel, advised me that I will be getting a call from her manager, Sabrina, I told her I will wait on the line, she can transfer me when the manager is available but said she is unable to, so now Im waiting again...
