Closed account for over a year still being harrased...

I have Paid and Settled my Account on 06 Feb 2020... it's been over a year and masse sending of emails and still nothing has been done... people have handed me over legally, still asking me for money, which I don't have outstanding I have send my payed-up and closure letter over 300 times and still nothing has been done... This is ridicules!!!!
