CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wrote a query to Edgars last week to close my account. The next day or so I got a call from someone confirming the receipt of my query and he confirmed he will have my account closed. Today 16th March I receive an SMS stating that Edgars has been calling me several times with no luck to assist me in closing my account. My account is still open. My phone has been on the whole day and I always call back missed calls so there is no way I could have missed it. Please advise me what is going on here. I demand my account to be close and to stop reflecting on my ITC records!!!!!!!!!
