Close edgars account = no more calls?

I had been receiving spam calls from an edgars call center ***. The phone rings and when I answer no ones speaks and the phone is put down, which is very annoying. I went in to the edgars store to stop these spam calls. Staff in store called some call center then I spoke with a consultant who said that the number was not edgars. I said that there were a number of complaints on hello peter with the same number where the response was edgars. Then she says, \oh we do have a call center in cape town\". So obviously these edgars staff are all lying and when they get caught with their lies they are very quick to apologize! I told her to take my name off marketing list which she supposedly did. No more calls from ***. Now for past few weeks calls from ***. Searched on hello peter and guess what?... Edgars related number. They just call from another number and think you are stupid, I have no time to play games. I am DEFINITELY closing my account and if these calls keep happening then I will be taking legal action! I know the edgars hello peter account is monitored by edgars staff so please take this complaint as a formal written warning of my intentions."
