Close Account - Terrible service

I have been trying to cancel my Edgars account for months now. Each time I call I get up until the point where I enter my ID number, it is then confirmed, the phone rings twice, and then it sounds like someone literally picks up the phone and puts it down again. I have called in 5 times now, and the same thing happens every time! This is such a waste of airtime.

Being Covid, I don't feel I should have to go into a store to close the account. Each time I have tried, they say they are offline.

I have not had a balance in this account since Feb, nor have I made any purchases since last year, however, there is always a small balance that accrues over each month.

I want this account closed!
