Clearance Certificate Required

I called the given numbers from the Edgars call centre, for the Debt Review Department. I paid my account up in full August 2020. The full outstanding balance. I urgently need to get my clearance certificate but no one seems to help. I can not move forward with clearing my name if i am not able to get this.
