Claim process incomplete.. Home protect plam

I registered a claim in November already they did the evaluation in my house for the claim.. But never got any response I call them in December the 5th after all the fail to get back to me for the feedback and their response is that they are still waiting for the report from the company that they have appointed and they will push them to give them the report so that they can process the claim..
